My experience with Matrix Exteriors was beyond what I had imagined. Workmanship for my home exterior restoration was superb. David & his team were courteous, extremely and I mean extremely hardworking. I had a new roof, new soffit, fascia, siding, gutters, and downspouts all installed in two days. Matrix did our roof and siding. It turned out beautiful. We picked a hard to get color but David was able to get it for us. The work was done very fast with great attention to detail. Matrix Exteriors help with my Statfarm insurance claim. The insurance carrier tried everthing they could to not pay me. But Matrix did not give up and there perseverance and intelligent approach got my insurance claim approved and then 2 days after being approved my house got a new roof installed along with 54 pieces of new plywood all in one day. My house was in bad in condition on the exterior. Matrix showed up and explained to me everything & went into extreme detail as to what my house would look like when they were done with the work I entered into a contract and I’m going to tell you I don’t regret it these people are truly professional at what they do my house is beautiful it’s revived a Renaissance has taken place thank you so much matrix I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of real workmanship .

Matrix provided excellent 5 star service. I can not recommend them highly enough. I had hail damage to my house and garage roofs from a storm and they quickly assessed the damage, submitted information to my insurance company and completed service in less than 2 weeks time. David did an amazing job setting and meeting expectations. He made promises and delivered every time. Not only did he replace my roofs but he corrected a lot of issues that he was not required to address – venting an overheated attic, hooking up kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans, putting gutters on my garage, replacing rotten fascia. The roofing crew was efficient and professional and cleaned up so well that you would never have known that it had been the site of a massive roofing project. Their superior workmanship enabled them to provide a 50 year transferable warranty. Highly recommended!!

We have just had our roof replaced by Matrix Exteriors and would recommend them. We had a good experience with the Matrix team for our Project. They were reliable and professional with their services and contracts. David answered all of our questions from start to finish. They completed the roof replacement project in one day. The 7-10 workers were very organized and the roof replacement process was performed like a well oiled machine. I learned of Matrix through a work colleague who detailed their excellent experience working with Matrix. I couldn't have been happier with every step of the process, from initial consultation, to representing us with the insurance company, and most importantly, the craftmanship of the work. The roofers were early and wasted no time in getting started. They worked quickly and completed the project much quicker than anticipated which limited any impact on my day. The swift work doesn't mean they cut any corners. All work was completed properly and they waited for final sign-off before wrapping up. There was a follow up after the fact to ensure everything was still as expected which I really appreciated. I would recommend Matrix to everyone looking to have work done on their home.

I cannot speak highly enough of Matrix Exteriors! We contacted them to inquire about a roof replacement on our Jefferson Park home (built in 1902). David Ortiz was our production coordinator/project manager and let me say that man hustles! He was extremely diligent in making sure that we got the best bang for our buck but never compromised on quality. He was attentive, responsive, and connected us with a public insurance adjuster who helped us navigate the project and our expenses. After some inspections and minimal back and forth we got the good news on cost/insurance coverage from recent storm damage. We first connected with Matrix right before Memorial Day weekend... three weeks later we have brand new and gorgeous roof, siding, gutters, etc. The construction teams were extremely professional and hardworking. They were mindful of our home, and were really accommodating if we needed them to move materials or equipment so that my mother-in-law with limited mobility could get in/out of the house safely. Truly a 10/10 experience. Everyone we interacted with was simply top notch. We will absolutely be contacting this team again for future home improvement needs. Amazing!

I had Matrix come out and re do my siding. One they were so professional, on time and fast. It only took them 2 days to replace the whole siding on my house and it looks great. Before they started the work David came out and showed my wife and I few colors to choose from. He guided us on what colors work best with our roof and the brick colors. I would highly recommend them.

I chose Matrix to replace my roof. I was recommended to Matrix Exterior company by my neighbor. David from Matrix came to my home to give me the free quote. He was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. He spent time to discuss my roof’s current condition, offered suggestions on material selection and design. When came install day, a team of 8-10 people showed up, working very quickly to remove the existing shingles. Then the lead installer flew a drone up to inspect the roof, making sure there is no hidden issues with the existing wood. The install team then went to work in installing the new underlayment and shingles. They finished in one day! After the install, the team cleaned up all the garbage in the yard. The following day, a new team came to install brand new gutters with screen. David and his entire crew were very professional, organized, efficient, the workmanship was top notch, amazing team, they finished a big job in two days. I am incredibly pleased with Matrix’s professionalism and quality of work, I highly recommend to anyone who is in need a new roof and looking for reliable company, go Matrix!!!

I give Matrix Exteriors 5 stars and would recommend them to our family and neighbors!Initial Meetings/ Contract: David did a great job communicating the process to us and estimated timeline. They went above and beyond what we expected of them. He is an honest guy to work with and works hard to build trust and a rapport with us. If I had questions, I just texted him as they can sometime be busy with numerous jobs but that is expected of a good contractor. I initially found Matrix from their Google reviews and was surprised at some of the negative feedback some people gave them but we decided to give them a chance and we were glad we did! I never write reviews but appreciate the hardwork, dedication, and pride David and his crew puts in his business that I really wanted to write a review.His Crew: They arrived on time and were very professional. As they were removing the old siding, they found damage underneath to the wood on the house. The Matrix guys went ahead and fixed it by removing the damaged material and installing brand new plywood, no questions asked. Very much appreciate their desire to do the job right! I snapped a few pictures as they were working. They spaced the nails on the studs to ensure the siding was secure and floating - I know you may say that's standard but I can assure you it takes a true Craftsman and people that care about their quality of work to FIND and DRIVE nails into the studs manually. They also caulked the trim and the windows, and not just with any caulk, but they matched the siding with silver caulk and the windows with white caulk. This is the attention to detail that should not be overlooked or taken for granted. The crew worked well into the night and completed the work in 2.5 days (8am-7pm) - removal, tyvek/taping, siding, versetta stone, soffits, facia, gutters, downspouts, caulking - and they cleaned up. You will need to expect that there will be nails in your yard and they do there best to clean up most that they can see. Anyone that has done any work on a house will know you are not going to climb down a ladder/ scaffolding to pick up every nail you drop but they sincerely did there best so we appreciate that. The job site cleanup was excellent and we were satisfied. We had no stress with this contractor and we have had many contractors do work for us in the past. Our house looks amazing as promised!I would highly recommend Matrix Exteriors.

I hired Matrix exteriors to revamp the exterior of my home in Naperville and this company has done an exceptional job in residing my home and also installing new gutters, soffit, facia and leaf guards. Matrix showed up after 8 others companies refused to come because it wasn’t a profitable job. David doesn’t mess around and he is able to answer 20 questions at a time because I fired questions at him one after another. I am so happy with our siding and gutters. First off, if you notice, this company is littered with so many fake reviews. If you look at all the profiles, they all have two reviews for this company and this companies sister company "matrix consultants". This business is artificially inflating their ratings. Second, their contractors are incredibly rude. They like to block off driveways, not pull into their spots fully, and when voiced concern over this issue, completely ignore it and worsen the issue. Picture has been provided. Not only unprofessional in person but unprofessional for setting up fake reviews.

Matrix Exteriors a great organized company. I hired them and if it wasn’t for them I would of never have gotten my wood shake roof approved from a claim from a storm that damaged my roof. It was because of there ingenuity, professionalism and efficacious communication was the reason that I was payed out $105,000.00 and then there they installed my entire 8700 sq ft roof in 4 days including new gutters. Start to finish the Matrix Team was amazing. We used both Matrix Adjusters and then Martrix Exteriors Naperville. Matrix Exteriors replaced our Roof, Gutters, 4 Windows, and service door to the garage. They also closed in 2 skylights that we no longer wanted.The job was a serious undertaking and even when they ran into rot issues that could not be seen until the gutters were removed it didn't slow them down. They finished the job in 1 day as promised because they had a team of hard working knowledgeable people on the job.David was our Point Person and he took care of getting us our quotes, recommended a roof color (which we love) when we were torn between a couple options, and made sure everything was to our liking.The gutters were scheduled for the following day and they arrived first thing in the morning. Everyone did a decent job cleaning up as they worked but I was worried about screws and nails. Didnt need to as Matrix had someone show up when the gutter crew finished to go over the entire property again with a magnet bar to get any metal (screws/nails) that had been missed. Was only a couple of missed screws and nails, but the fact they sent someone out just to do an extra clean up was a very professional touch!Little things like upgrading to an architectural shingle at no cost even though our Insurance company only paid for standard 3 tab shingles was added value that was unexpected and added to the great experience.If you are debating using Matrix Exteriors of Naperville I would highly recommend it.

My neighbors garage caught on fire and caused my garage to catch on fire as well. I contacted David and he responded quick. He then showed up went over the damage and came up with a realistic plan of action. I was refer to David Ortiz of Matrix Exteriors. His team of roofers and carpenters did a phenomenal job with our roof and windows. I am beyond impressed with the level of details and efficiency. I kid you not David show up and I pick out the color of the new roof and the materials were delivered that same afternoon. They immediately start the work the next sunny day with old roof removed and new roof replacement done in one day. The following day gutters and downspouts were installed and window fascia were wrapped. My roof looks amazing and my old windows looks like new again. I highly recommend Matrix Exteriors for anyone looking to replace their roofing and windows exteriors. David and his team went above and beyond any contractors I have work with before.

Made appointment for estimate with David for "2-3 with a one hour window on either side"! That's essentially a 4hr window. I agreed, rescheduled my appointments and wasted half a day only to have David not show. At 4:30 I called and left a voice message asking if perhaps I had the wrong time or date. He never had the courtesy to call or text. If a company doesn't want the job simply say so at the beginning.Despite all the great reviews, my experience was poor and frustrating.

This was by far the best business experience that one could have with a decision as big and important as a roof repair. I was referred to David Ortiz by a friend and I was not disappointed. Mr. Ortiz was very knowledgeable and informative about my options and was always available to answer any questions throughout this process. When I signed the contracts and moved forward with this company we set a date and time to start the process of my roof repair and his staff was on time. Owner David Ortiz and his staff were very prompt and professional. The quality and workmanship was outstanding!!! I was blown away by how quickly they were able to complete the roof and siding! Matrix Adjusters worked diligently with our insurance company to get out claim approved. I can't say enough about how they went above and beyond what we expected. After meeting with several other contractors they stood out among the rest with how they worked within our budget, provided quality materials, and worked within a timely fashion to get our project completed.David knows the industry very well and is very passionate about what he does. The folks at Matrix worked with our insurance company’s to get us a new roof after a hailstorm. The whole experience was hassle free and the price was very fair.
