This company was fabulous to deal with. They worked so diligent to get an insurance claim that I had open on my home resolved. After Matrix came to an agreement with my insurance carrier. I met with a production coordinator from there construction division he sat down with me & explored options for material. He was very informative, professional and definitely organized. He put me on the work schedule for 2 days after meeting with him. Overall amazing experience. I would totally 100% hire Matrix again & recommend them to anyone looking for real contractors & fly by night charlatan contractors. Matrix is the real deal.

If there was a 6th star in this rating scale, I’d have chosen it. Matrix Exteriors was amazing to work with!This summer had plenty of hail. As a new homeowner, I wasn’t familiar with roof maintenance let alone the impact hail could have on it (no pun intended). As usual though, we had people coming to our door telling us we had hail damage and that they could help us with our claim. A couple of companies tried and failed with our insurance carrier. Matrix was the only company who was able to get it done, and we were skeptical.Konrad came to our door, told us about his and his company’s credentials and that they could get it done. By this time, we were skeptical and worried we were being taken for a ride, yet Konrad (the public adjuster representing Matrix) was super patient with us and accommodating. He showed us first hand the evidence of the hail damage and explained their approach with the insurance company, and we proceeded.Next thing I knew, we got approval from insurance to proceed and we were being introduced to David, the PM. He was quick, thorough and personable; a no-nonesense sort of guy who we could tell was working in our best interests. David even worked with our HOA to ensure they had all the required forms and information filled out to satisfy their process.The crew arrived punctually, exactly on the date we set with David. They were all friendly and professional. They worked quickly on an extremely hot and humid day. They went above and beyond in everything they did; ensuring every last piece was in its proper place (I watched them even put an additional screw into a place where one was missing, because it was the right thing to do). Their gutter work was fantastic, they were thorough about their clean up, ensuring absolutely no debris or nails were left, and accommodated all of our questions.David, was always available for questions, was prompt and responsive throughout which gave us confidence in the process and helped us enjoy the result. Everything was handled for us professionally, thoroughly and timely. We had zero stress throughout.Once the job was complete, with blazing sun and humidity, as the crew were leaving, they noticed that our neighbor’s daughter was hosting a lemonade stand out in their driveway. The entire crew went over, bought lemonade and all stood there enjoying it and being positive. It was awesome!I am definitely going to use them again in the future!

David and his team worked very hard right from the start to do a complete exterior makeover. Eric sent his drone detailing with precision pictures of the damage our home occurred from recent hail storms. Other companies said I would never get the insurance company to cover any of the damage since our home was 20 years old. Don’t accept that answer and call these guys. You won’t be disappointed. Our home is now restored and we love how it looks.

Absolutely blown away by this company. We had hail damage to our roof back in April and they quickly had an adjuster along with my insurance adjuster onsite. It was determined we needed a full replacement. All state played games for three months and Matrix never gave up! They fought really hard for me as if it was their own home. Back and forth and several visits later All State finally approved the full estimate after Matrix diligently argued on my behalf. No need to look elsewhere. Do yourself a favor if you have damage and book this team ASAP. I’m beyond satisfied.
