Matrix David Ortiz has made this rehab of our exterior of the house a great experience. David was professional from the very start of the process and all the way to the end. He is easy to work with and I will say very friendly. The crew that did the work were efficient and hard workers. There was a team of 10-12 workers at a time. What I appreciated the most is extra details they put in their work, like putting in new doorbells, light fixtures and general great effort with their work! I will recommend David Ortiz and crew always!

We had our roof and siding done by Matrix. David, Charles, and their crews were absolutely amazing to work with. I have always been skeptical of other siding companies after we were almost taken advantage of by a different company when we first moved into the house. However, my husband works for the company that supplies the roof/siding and said he had done many deliveries for Matrix-he always raved about their work. So I agreed to move forward with the plan and I am so happy I trusted them. We look like we have a new house. We have gotten so many compliments on the house since the work started. I was impressed by the work ethic of every single crew member on the roof crew as well as the siding crew. Our house definitely gave them some surprises but they never complained and they were such hard workers. Even our neighbors mentioned about their great work ethic. I could go on and on about how amazing David and his team is. I have already recommended Matrix to multiple people and I will continue to do so. They are a really wonderful company to work with and I am so pleased with how our house turned out. I can't wait to show it off to everyone.

The team arrived punctually, removed two existing roofs, and installed a new six-inch gutter system complete with new downspouts and leaf guards all within a single day. Matrix Exteriors did an amazing job on our roof and siding. Our house was built in 1965 and had the original siding, the new siding and roof makes our house look like a brand new house! Dealing with Matrix was extremely easy from the beginning, with Ryan’s help he did everything with contacting our insurance. Then we met the owner David who is extremely nice. He came over to tell us exactly how the process would be, we picked out which siding and roofing materials we wanted to go with. After that he gave us the day they would start and it only took them one day to do the siding and one day to do the roof (which is what was promised to us). The entire crew was exceptionally nice, professional, punctual and very hard working. They communicated well during the whole project and just did an incredibly good job. David also communicated well throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the results and it is like we are in a brand new house. All of our neighbors love it and one of them is already talking to Matrix to get their house done as well. We would very much recommend using Matrix Exteriors if you need your roof or siding done, you will be very happy if you do!

Initially, I was skeptical when speaking with David Ortiz, the production coordinator from Matrix. He assured me that they could complete a new roof, new gutters, new soffit and fascia, new siding, and a new window on my garage in just two days. However, he delivered on his promises and met his contractual obligations. This company is the real deal—they truly know how to handle business. They have earned and deserve an AAA rating.

David and his team are phenomenal. We hired Matrix for a full roof replacement, all siding, removal of brick, adding stone work, gutter replacement, and skylights (4) replacements. I cannot recommend his company enough.Throughout the entire process David himself was involved and saw to it that any concerns we had were addressed and he even dealt with our insurance company!Charles, our Project Manager, was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to any questions we had. He handled a number of items himself including remounting our Security cameras and ensuring our pickets worked! Beyond all of the great work, Charles was always respectful of our home and kind with our children following him around.Erik, our Adjuster, was really put to task with this one and fought valiantly against giant State Farm & WON!Matrix really turned around our mindset when it comes to working with contractors. We were nervous because of previous bad experiences and David gave us so many reassurances throughout the process all of which he lived up to.We wish they did more so we could hire them time and time again. For sure, they will get all of our friends and family's business.

What an outstanding company to work with! David and his team, especially Chris Banks, went WAY above and beyond our expectations to replace our 40-year old roof! As we went through State Farm (SF), Matrix's public adjusters made sure SF paid their fair share on our claim. Once SF was sorted after a battle of attrition, Matrix went to work on the house and in ONE DAY, they stripped the old shingles, padded old rafters, re-sheeted, added moisture guard, vents, downspouts, gutters with leaf guards, fixed damage, and re-shingled our roof! During this entire process, drone imagery was provided, giving us an hour by hour progress update! Within eight hours, our house value increased 7% and we now have a 50-year warranty! I highly recommend Matrix, without reservation, especially if you have to deal with a low-balling insurance company. Thanks Chris, Dave, and your outstanding Matrix crew!!

Matrix installed a roof of my house approximately a year ago. Recently, I reached out to them for an estimate for siding, soffit, and fascia on my home. A Matrix representative by the name of David arrived at my home, and during our discussion he referenced the movie "The Godfather" and its iconic line by Marlon Brando which was I will give you a deal that you can't refuse & David assured me that he would present an offer I couldn't refuse, and indeed he did. We quickly reached an agreement, and in just 48 hours, a skilled crew from Matrix completed the installation of new siding, soffit, and fascia on my entire house in just one day.
