    With so many different roofing companies out there, it can be hard to know who to trust. We're so glad we did our homework and chose Matrix, a GAF Certified Contractor. David, project coordinator, took the time to understand our needs and answer all of our questions. He was genuine and caring, and we felt like he truly cared about our project.David helped us expand our project from replacing just the roof to include replacing the gutters, soffit, and fascia, and painting our garage doors. We were particularly impressed with David's knowledge of roofing materials and expertise. He recommended charcoal shingles, and we took the leap from reddish brown and it paid off! The charcoal shingles gave our home a truly elegant look that we love.We were also impressed by the diligence of David's crew.     I had enlisted a construction company to carry out exterior work on two of my properties. A colleague recommended Matrix Exteriors and advised me to get in touch with David, assuring me that he was honest and wouldn't sugarcoat things. Upon providing me with a clear quote, it became apparent that the previous contractor could not match Davids price for the job. Without hesitation, I canceled the existing contract within the three-day grace period.     Matrix David Ortiz has made this rehab of our exterior of the house a great experience. David was professional from the very start of the process and all the way to the end. He is easy to work with and I will say very friendly. The crew that did the work were efficient and hard workers. There was a team of 10-12 workers at a time. What I appreciated the most is extra details they put in their work, like putting in new doorbells, light fixtures and general great effort with their work!     We had our roof and siding done by Matrix. David, Charles, and their crews were absolutely amazing to work with. I have always been skeptical of other siding companies after we were almost taken advantage of by a different company when we first moved into the house. However, my husband works for the company that supplies the roof/siding and said he had done many deliveries for Matrix-he always raved about their work. So I agreed to move forward with the plan and I am so happy I trusted them. We look like we have a new house. We have gotten so many compliments on the house since the work started. I was impressed by the work ethic of every single crew member on the roof crew as well as the siding crew. Our house definitely gave them some surprises but they never complained and they were such hard workers. Even our neighbors mentioned about their great work ethic. I could go on and on about how amazing David and his team is. I have already recommended Matrix to multiple people and I will continue to do so.     Matrix Exteriors did an amazing job on our roof and siding. Our house was built in 1965 and had the original siding, the new siding and roof makes our house look like a brand new house! Dealing with Matrix was extremely easy from the beginning, with Ryan’s help he did everything with contacting our insurance. Then we met the owner David who is extremely nice. He came over to tell us exactly how the process would be, we picked out which siding and roofing materials we wanted to go with. After that he gave us the day they would start and it only took them one day to do the siding and one day to do the roof (which is what was promised to us). The entire crew was exceptionally nice, professional, punctual and very hard working. They communicated well during the whole project and just did an incredibly good job. David also communicated well throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the results and it is like we are in a brand new house. All of our neighbors love it and one of them is already talking to Matrix to get their house done as well. We would very much recommend using Matrix Exteriors if you need your roof or siding done, you will be very happy if you do!

    Initially, I was skeptical when speaking with David Ortiz, the production coordinator from Matrix. He assured me that they could complete a new roof, new gutters, new soffit and fascia, new siding, and a new window on my garage in just two days. However, he delivered on his promises and met his contractual obligations. This company is the real deal—they truly know how to handle business. They have earned and deserve an AAA rating.
