If you are looking for a company that can do it all look no further. Matrix Exteriors is the best! We hired Matrix Exteriors for a full roof replacement and siding installation on our 1950s ranch home. From the start, the team was incredibly professional and helped us contact our insurance company after a hail storm. They even have their own drone to assist with the roof inspection. David the owner is very professional and took the time to help my wife choose the right selections for our roof and siding. This was great, as picking the right color can be challenging and tedious. David's roofing and siding crews were amazing. They were very prompt, efficient and finished the project with incredible speed but with a high level of detail and craftsmanship. My father-in-law was impressed, as he has never seen anything like it in his life. It was as if an army of angels descended on our home and in a blink of an eye they were gone, what remained was a beautiful new home. Ryan, Albert and Charles, thanks for your excellent customer service and attention to detail. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Matrix Exteriors and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or siding work.

Their truck full of workers stopped infront of my house , rolled their tinted windows down and stared at my wife when she wasn’t looking as they slowly crept by. Very creepy . Be careful who you let in your house, they don’t seem very picky about who they hire . This is also the loudest company I’ve ever had working in my neighborhood between the music and the yelling and screaming to eachother , very unprofessional

With so many different roofing companies out there, it can be hard to know who to trust. We're so glad we did our homework and chose Matrix, a GAF Certified Contractor. David, project coordinator, took the time to understand our needs and answer all of our questions. He was genuine and caring, and we felt like he truly cared about our project.David helped us expand our project from replacing just the roof to include replacing the gutters, soffit, and fascia, and painting our garage doors. We were particularly impressed with David's knowledge of roofing materials and expertise. He recommended charcoal shingles, and we took the leap from reddish brown and it paid off! The charcoal shingles gave our home a truly elegant look that we love.We were also impressed by the diligence of David's crew. I had enlisted a construction company to carry out exterior work on two of my properties. A colleague recommended Matrix Exteriors and advised me to get in touch with David, assuring me that he was honest and wouldn't sugarcoat things. Without hesitation, I canceled the existing contract within the three-day grace period. Not sure what happened to this company, but I would avoid them at all costs. Owner (David) has refused to schedule the work, sent me on a goose chase to find a check they already had, and not answering emails. To avoid any discrepancies, I compiled all of my interactions in one spot (Only verbal interaction was the initial meeting.) A brief summary is below. Screen shots of the compilation are attached since there is a word limit on review-I have emailed them 18 times (all but 1 had a question for them to answer. The majority have been sent days apart). I have received a total of 5 replies from them-Since the initial offer to resend the contract on 6/12 at 9:12 AM, I have asked for or told them that I am ready to sign a contract in 10 emails. They have never resent it. (Their initial contract had a different work date then what was discussed and they never responded to that question. It also never said that it expired in 24 hours)-July 2 they said you needed both checks that I received. Yet it took me sending 7 emails/ texts to find out that they already had the 2nd check?-Since the 2nd check was located I have had to ask 5 times what their availability is to do the work, and they still have yet to answer (Please enlighten me if I am mistaken, but this seems like a necessary question to get the ball rolling on getting the project scheduled?)

Matrix David Ortiz has made this rehab of our exterior of the house a great experience. David was professional from the very start of the process and all the way to the end. He is easy to work with and I will say very friendly. The crew that did the work were efficient and hard workers. There was a team of 10-12 workers at a time. What I appreciated the most is extra details they put in their work, like putting in new doorbells, light fixtures and general great effort with their work! We had our roof and siding done by Matrix. David, Charles, and their crews were absolutely amazing to work with. I have always been skeptical of other siding companies after we were almost taken advantage of by a different company when we first moved into the house. However, my husband works for the company that supplies the roof/siding and said he had done many deliveries for Matrix-he always raved about their work. So I agreed to move forward with the plan and I am so happy I trusted them. We look like we have a new house. We have gotten so many compliments on the house since the work started. I was impressed by the work ethic of every single crew member on the roof crew as well as the siding crew. Our house definitely gave them some surprises but they never complained and they were such hard workers. Even our neighbors mentioned about their great work ethic. I could go on and on about how amazing David and his team is. I have already recommended Matrix to multiple people and I will continue to do so. They are a really wonderful company to work with and I am so pleased with how our house turned out. I can't wait to show it off to everyone.
